The Glitch: Fragmented Becoming
Group Exhibition
Al Shindagha Historic Neighbourhood, Dubai, UAE
22 August – 15 September 2026
Me participated in The Glitch: Fragmented Becoming, a group exhibition presented by DiarBid at Al Shindagha Historic Neighbourhood in Dubai.
The exhibition brought together artists exploring different perspectives on identity, transformation, memory, and the fragmented experiences that shape how we see ourselves and the world around us.
I presented two acrylic paintings: Fujairah Castle and Many Paths, One Direction.
Through bold color, simplified forms, and emotionally driven compositions, the works reflect my broader artistic practice, transforming places, memories, and personal experiences into visual narratives.
– Fujairah Castle draws from the landscape and atmosphere of Fujairah, translating a familiar place through color and memory rather than literal representation.
– Many Paths, One Direction explores the idea of different backgrounds, cultures, and individual journeys ultimately moving toward a shared emotional destination.
The exhibition offered an opportunity for these personal narratives to exist in a wider conversation, allowing viewers to encounter the works through their own memories and interpretations.
