Marketing for Artists Workshop
One of the experiences that meant a lot to me was leading a workshop at the Sharjah Art Foundation about digital marketing for artists.
As someone who has spent years moving between art, design, and marketing, I often see how talented artists struggle not with creativity, but with how to present their work to the world.
This workshop was my attempt to bridge that gap.
During the session, we talked openly about how artists can build a presence online without losing their identity. We discussed things like how to tell the story behind their work, how to connect with audiences, and how to use digital platforms in a way that actually serves their art.
What I enjoyed most was the conversation with the artists themselves. Everyone came with different questions, different journeys, and different ways of thinking about their work.
It didn’t feel like a lecture. It felt more like a shared exploration of how artists can navigate the digital world while staying true to their voice.
Moments like this remind me why I love working between creativity and communication, helping artists not only create, but also be seen and heard.
